Privacy Policy
Veladon, a venture of Grindworks Studio, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy covers data collected by our marketing site and waitlist form. Our product (browser extension) has a separate Product Privacy Addendum for design-partner customers that is materially stricter.
1. Information We Collect
Waitlist. Email, company, employee count, role. Stored in Supabase (US region).
Analytics. Vercel Analytics for privacy- preserving page views — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, IPs truncated before storage.
A/B test bucket. Single first-party cookie with a random identifier used only to pin variant exposure.
2. How We Use It
- Waitlist confirmations, onboarding, and — with consent — product updates.
- Site optimization via A/B tests and content performance analysis.
- Responding to inquiries at seungdo@grindworks.ai.
3. Sharing
No sale. No rent. Only service providers (Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Vercel Analytics) under standard data-processing agreements.
4. Your Rights
Request a copy or deletion at seungdo@grindworks.ai. CCPA / CPRA / CT / CO / VA / UT state-privacy requests and GDPR requests fulfilled within 30 days. EU AI Act–related data subject requests where Veladon acts as processor are routed to the customer controller per our DPA.
5. Cookies
One first-party cookie for A/B bucket persistence. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.
6. Retention
Waitlist records: active waitlist + 6 months post-launch or on deletion request. Analytics: 90 days.
